Domestic shipments: They usually take between 3 and 7 business days. International shipments: The estimated time varies between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow it at all times.

We want you to love every piece you receive. If you need to exchange a size or have any issues with your product, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request it. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, with their original tags, and in perfect condition. (Note: Personalized pieces or items from very limited edition collections may have special conditions).

To preserve the life of your garments, we recommend always hand-washing them in cold water with mild soap. Do not use bleach or a tumble dryer. Dry them flat in the shade and iron them inside out at a low temperature, placing a thin cloth between the iron and the embroidery.

We suggest you avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, creams, or water (when bathing or swimming) to protect the metals and stones. Clean your pieces with a dry microfiber cloth and store them separately in their original pouch to prevent scratching.
